"I've been a State Farm customer for more than 30 years, since I was first driving. I have never had anything short of a great experience with them. Joel Laird took over the business when my previous agent retired, and I've continued to have positive experiences. Several years ago, I really benefited from having State Farm on my side after a minor auto accident that could've turned into something more painful. It pays to have quality insurance and a team that has you are their priority. Recently, I added a third vehicle and my 16yo son to our umbrella policy. Jessica McCormack was super helpful (and patient) in helping me determine the best next steps. I joked that she was also my insurance therapist, because it all felt like a lot to navigate. I'd highly recommend Joel Laird and team to anyone."
